Founder

Kislay Komal, a Mechanical Engineer by education and a Software Professional, Mentor, Author, Social Reformer and Environmentalist.

Son of Shri Gorelal Manishi, Kislay Komal, belongs to Bhagalpur. A Mechanical Engineer by education, he founded Irisidea Technologies Private Limited, a Mumbai and Bangalore based technology company. He also opened its branch in Bhagalpur, Bihar in the year 2010, with a vision to provide employment to people from that region.

He is a great visionary and a social worker. In 2021, he, along with Mr. Saibal Jana founded Pramadaya India Foundation [NGO] with a primary mission to uplift underprivileged communities, provide education to those in need and create sustainable solutions for a better tomorrow. He recognizes that, progress is not measured by statistics only but by the smiles we bring, lives we touch and hopes we ignite.

He has been working for the upliftment of the India’s traditional and rural artisans for the past 25 years through www.ARTSofINDIA.in – an ecommerce platform. From the initial stage of providing free craft training, helping them make the hand-crafted sustainable products and then getting orders from across globe for the selling of the products made, all are well supported by this platform. He has been instrumental in creating sustainable earning opportunities and helping India’s rural economy.

To revive and create awareness about his native language Angika, he launched angika.com in the year 2005 and www.AngDesh.com in the year 2010, to spread the culture, arts, language, tourism, history and literature of Ang Pradesh (current Bhagalpur and surrounding areas where Angika is used as a language).

He has been working closely with other NGOs and volunteers to revive the water bodies like lakes and ponds in Bangalore.
